How to Buy and Send Our Gift Cards
Choose a Gift Card Amount
Choose the amount you would like to purchase for (tickets cost no more than $38.24/person which is our Sat pricing, including tax). You can choose from $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, or a custom amount.
For a custom amount, give us a call at (678)705-4320 ext. 4 during normal business hours. If we are not available, please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Enter your name and information (not the recipient's). After checking out, a link will be sent to your email with the voucher.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?
- Choose the amount you would like to purchase for (tickets cost no more than $38.24/person which is our Sat pricing, including tax).
- Enter your name and contact information (not the recipient's).
- Complete the checkout process. A link will be sent to your email with the voucher.
- (Optional) Create a personalized Gift Card by clicking the link in your email. Design it using one of our images, or upload your own. Enter a message to the recipient and download the design.
- Gift to the recipient either by email or by printing the Gift Card.
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
Each gift card has a 6-character code on it. When booking your escape game, enter the 6-character code in the promo/voucher code section during checkout.
Do Gift Cards expire?
Our gift cards never expire!
Can I use a Gift Card at any Time to Escape location?
Yes, our Gift Cards are usable at any of our three locations (Brookhaven, Downtown Atlanta, Chattanooga). To use your Gift Card at a location different from where you've purchased it, give us a call at (678)705-4320, ext. 4 during normal business hours.

Can I get a physical Gift Card instead of an electronic one?
For your convenience, you can create a personalized Gift Card by clicking the link in your email, and then printing the Gift Card at home. Try out the different images we have available for designing your Gift Card or even upload your own.
