Meet Our Full-Time Event Planner
Behind the scenes of every successful escape room event is our full-time Events Manager, Stefanie, who plays a critical role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Stefanie is responsible for, among other things, coordinating on-site catering, providing drink packages (for our Brookhaven location), and organizing escape rooms to be run simultaneously. Our Events Manager is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. She communicates thoroughly with clients to understand their goals and expectations and ensure that those needs are met. Throughout the event process, Stefanie is engaged with you every step of the way.
From Team Building Events to Team Bonding Events
When it comes to team building events, our Event Planner plays a crucial role in helping to events that foster team spirit and encourage collaboration. By providing a challenging and engaging experience, our escape rooms can help to build trust and camaraderie among team members, leading to a more cohesive and productive team. We also partner with a John Maxwell certified instructor who offers team building facilitation workshops that help teams further learn how they best communicate and work effectively together. Regardless of the size of the event, our Event Planner caters the experience to each group’s needs. Birthday Party Venue and Activity
For birthday parties, Stefanie can help to create a memorable experience for the birthday person and their guests. By coordinating catering and providing drink packages on-site (alcoholic drinks only available at our Brookhaven location), our Events Manager can take the stress off the host and allow them to focus on enjoying the party with their guests.
