Time to Escape employees - submit maintenance issues here, they will be sent to the location manager. If the issue is SEVERE - which means game-breaking - call your manager immediately as well as submit the issue here.

For ALL escape room issues - you should work on a work around and NOT block rooms, unless the room is totally unplayable. Totally unplayable is VERY rare, and has only occurred a couple times in the three plus yrs we've been in business.

We are 1.5 miles from Lenox Mall in Buckhead and just 1/2 mile from Peachtree Rd.

Parking – before 4pm we have free parking onsite with 100 parking spots, after 4pm we have free valet service. In addition there is ample free street parking and other free parking decks.

Take the Orange/North East Line to Brookhaven – Oglethorpe University Transit Station. We are a five minute walk down Dresden Drive.

We are in the building at Village Park Place of Brookhaven. Look for Valenza Restaurant on the first floor. Take the elevator (or the stairs on either side of the building) to the second floor. Our front entrance faces the parking lot.
